1.) Contact one of the Guild Advisors and arrange to speak with them. They will inform you if there is a current opening in the guild. You will be directed to read the section on Creed of the Spartan Legion, AND WILL BE QUESTIONED on it's contents and it's meaning to you. You will also be questioned on your reasons for applying. Please be prepared to answer these questions. They will also answer any questions you may have concerning our organization or process.

Be patient. The Guild Advisors are often times very busy and may or may not have time to speak with you at a moments notice. Be assured that we will address your inquiry at the soonest available opportunity.

2.) If the Advisor finds your answers satisfactory you will be requested to party with our members. We want to get to know you, and have you get to know us. An advisor will notify the guild body that you are a prospect. The length of this period can be different for each applicant and will last as long as it takes for us to get to know you better.

During this time frame the advisors will make inquires of your past guild affiliations if any and others who might know you in order to help us determine your moral character and game play habits.

3.) The Guild Advisor must receive a  nomination from a current guild member in good standing that you have partied with. At this point, both guild Advisors and/or the Guild Master will review your knowledge of our Creed as posted and speak with you again.

 4.) If after due consideration the Guild Advisors and/or Guild Master has found you worthy to apply you will be granted guild status as a Trial Member.

5.) If you pass Judgment after the trial period as outlined, you will be accepted as a proud member of the SpartanLegion.

Characters must be 40th level. This is subject to change at a later date.

Characters will be "on trial" for a period of 10 actual days of play. If you join one day and come back 10 days later you are still on day 2. This period can be extended by decision of the Master of the Guild and Advisors. After this period you will be "judged" by them and may become a full member of the guild. (See Initiation section in Ways Of The Spartan Legion) Those declined will be released after a private talk explaining the reasons why. There is a possibility that the period may be extended in order for the character in question to correct anything found undesirable for our guild. This extension is not guaranteed. It is possible to be released before this period for any actions seen as unacceptable before the 10 days. Those who are accepted will know that all who follow will be judged and if seen fit will be steady guild mates that can be counted on.

Age is not a requirement, however maturity is.
 

We are a very close knit and active guild. If any of our processes or ways seem extreme, harsh or lengthy to you, please save your time and ours and apply to a guild that is more suited to your own ideals. It is our hope and desire that our screening process will provide an active guild filled with cooperative and like minded players. If you feel that our Way's and Processes are something that you yourself would expect, then you are encouraged to apply. Be assured that all members of our guild have been through this process and if found worthy you will never need to stand alone and never be without the aid of friends.
